For most projects, Matt is your primary point of contact. He’ll talk through your needs (phone preferred), gather details, and follow up via email. Every project starts with a real conversation.
Scoping & Advice

For more complex questions, our team will consult Tom—Mattco founder and hands-on technical expert with decades of practical knowledge an know-how—to ensure we’re recommending the right approach.
Quote & Next Steps

Mattco will provide a transparent quote and timeline for our role in your project. For homeowners, we’ll also help navigate logistics like city approvals, third-party vendors, or utility connections.
Execution

We come in near the end of the build—digging, connecting, grading, and finalizing the site for what’s next. We coordinate with septic designers, city inspectors, concrete crews, and landscapers.
